Axvue.com Shipping & Returns Policy

Where We Ship

We ship within United States, addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

Order and Shipping Conformation

Order quantities may be limited.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments in some cases.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

- Orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed on the same working day.

- Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the next working day.

- Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed on the next working day.

- We will announce processing delay if exterior condition applied.

- Special rate or deal might be delayed in processing due to large quantities of order.

For most axvue.com orders, you can request a delivery changed, hold at a UPS location, log in ups website in advance, we provide enough assistance to your delivery instructions.

International Shipping

The product is available for international shipment.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is applied (7 to 10 business day) on all orders.

Additional charge is applied when express shipment option is chosen. Expedited shipping is $15 for UPS Second Day Air and $25 for UPS Next Day Air.

With the January 2020 change to zone-based pricing which means all orders are affected by distance.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Return Policy

All items ordered on axvue.com, is shipped with our 30-day return policy, starting from the receipt date. Consumers are responsible for the return shipping back to axvue.com specified locations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind.

Before any return please follow the requirements steps.

  1. 1. Go to Support page on axvue.com, enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned, fill the form with necessary information and follow the notice.and click “Submit Form.
  2. 2. Our customer service staff will contact with you within 24 hours and provide you a direct way to send back your product.

Please note that the return delivery fee is USD$10 for US returns which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method (US orders only), please refer this to Axvue customer service staff and fill in the delivery company and tracking number of your return package in your return application email/form. Once filled out, pack return items in original condition with return form and send to specified location.

Returning an item by yourself is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damaged caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible of refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Personalized, custom-made products, off-price products, final sale merchandise, products that are specified as non-returnable in its description unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as items my sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to go to axvue.com and use the form in Support page to return the original item, then go to axvue.com to purchase the correct item in a new order.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items well. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less applicable fees. Any taxes/duties paid for orders where applicable, will NOT be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10-business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This is variable by the card issuers.

Seller Return Policy

When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of www.axvue.com. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page.
